Rental Details:
The Log House is $275.00/night for up to 12 guests
$25/night per additional guest over the number of 12. OFF PEAK SEASON DISCOUNT: November 1 - May 31, except Holidays. $225.00/night. Sleeps 16 max with 2 inflatable air mattresses. 3 nights stay minimum during peak season. 4 guests have fishing privileges at the lake. Catch and release, no live bait. $50/guest/day for additional guest fishing privileges. 1/2 rental fee due at time of reservation and the other 1/2 due 30 days prior to arrival. 7% Montana bed tax paid by owner. Damage insurance paid by owner registered on behalf of the guest party through Homeaway.com. No cleaning fees. We accept PayPal, or credit card by phone, or check. Checkin at 3:00 pm (MST) Checkout at 11:00 am (MST) * Towels and bedding provided * Open fire pit in the yard * High speed internet with wi-fi connection * 11 acre lake for fishing, swimming or sunning 1/4 mile easy walk from houses * Creek and small pond in the front yard of the Log House * Beartooth Mountain views. * Horses and Pets are allowed with prior approval.
