Goldenrod (botanical name: Solidago virguarea) grows in plenty on our Ranch in Central Montana. On the right is Lee walking the bottom of a coulee where there are large patches of it. See the links below if you would like to buy some of this useful herb.

We have used Goldenrod as an infusion of dried plant steeped in water brought to boil in a tea pot. We have also make an alcohol tincture with fresh and dried plants. I plan on making an oil with the freshly cut plant. I think it will go nicely with the yarrow and cottonwood bud that I already use. My aches and pains oil keeps on getting better and better!
